INFORMATION

ご予約の流れ：

▢　予約ページより必要事項を記載の上、送信してください。
▢　ご予約は申し込みされた時点では確定されません。

▢　お申込内容を確認し、48時間以内に予約可否のご連絡をさせて頂きます。

▸　農繁期は返信までにお時間を頂くこともございます。お急ぎの際は電話にてお問い合わせください。

▢　ご予約いただくにあたり、必ずこちらの「宿泊案内・キャンセルポリシー」をお読みください。

当施設は夫婦で営む一日一組限定の宿となります。

お手数をお掛けしますが予約方法にご協力をお願いします。

料金・お支払い方法に関して：

▢　2歳以下の乳幼児のお子様は無料（朝食・寝具無）

▢　宿泊者様以外の部屋への立入りを禁止しております。発覚した場合は追加料金を申し受けます。

▢　宿泊日約1ヶ月前にクレジット決済リンクをお送りしますので、事前決済をお願いいたします。

▢　繁忙期（盆期間/正月）についてはご予約時の事前決済をもって予約確定とさせていただきます。

食事に関して：

▢　朝食は自家製パン・チーズ・ヨーグルト・みかんジュースなどをチェックイン時にお渡しします。お好きな時間に部屋や海辺でお召し上がり頂けます。

▢　1階屋外席では全天候型BBQをご利用頂けます。BBQセット販売有（要予約）

▢　ご希望の方は夕食のご利用も可能です。（要予約）

▢　飲食物の持込は可能ですが、ゴミの分別などにご協力をお願いします。

▢　電子レンジやトースター等はありますが、調理台や火口はございません。

施設に関して：

▢　チェックインシステムに利用するため、屋外に防犯カメラを設置しております。

▢　1階は喫茶店・2階は1日1組限定の宿泊施設で宿泊者専用エリアです。

▢　最大６名様まで宿泊可能ですが、大人のみの場合は４名様が最適です。

▢　宿泊者専用の玄関がありますので、出入りは自由です。

▢　喫茶店への飲食物の持込はご遠慮ください。

▢　喫茶店前の屋外屋根付きエリアは自由にお使いいただけます。

▢　浴室はシャワーのみで浴槽（バスタブ）はございません。

▢　環境保護の為、シャンプー・石鹸などは自然由来の物を使用しております。

▢　使い捨て歯ブラシ・髭剃りなどはございません。

▢　フェイスタオル、バスタオルは用意してありますが、連泊の際の交換はありません。

▢　連泊時のお部屋清掃・シーツ交換は行っておりません。

▢　ゲストハウス内は全面禁煙となります。屋外の喫煙スペースをご利用ください。

▢　宿泊者専用駐車場がございます。

周辺施設／注意事項：

▢　施設前に商店有（～19：00・日曜休）

▢　最寄りのコインランドリー車で10分 

▢　隣接する住宅があります。夜間は住人への配慮をお願いいたします。

▢　屋外での食事や会話は21:00までとさせていただきます。それ以降は室内または海辺で波の音とともにお楽しみください。

キャンセルポリシー：

※当施設は1日1組貸切の為、キャンセルポリシーが厳格となっております。

ご理解、ご協力をお願い致します。

▢　21日～10日前：宿泊料金の50%・9日前～当日：宿泊料金の100%を請求します。

▢　8月中旬のお盆期間については7月1日以降からキャンセル料金が発生します。7月1日～50％・宿泊日の21日前～100％　

▢　台風で三重県内に警報発令がされた場合、キャンセル代は発生しません。

▢　荒天時やキャンセルなどで発生した料金は事前決済でご利用頂いたクレジットカードに払い戻し処理をさせて頂きます。

▢　いかなるキャンセルの場合も事務手数料（1500円）が発生します。予めご了承ください。

Reservation Process:

▢ Please fill out the required information on the reservation page and submit.

▢ Reservations are not confirmed at the time of application.

▢ We will check your application and contact you within 48 hours  to confirm or deny your reservation.

▸ Please note that it may take some time for us to reply during busy farming season. Please call us if you are in a hurry.

▢ Please be sure to read this “Accommodation Information and Cancellation Policy” before making a reservation.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we appreciate your cooperation in making reservations.

Regarding rates:

▢ Children under 2 years old who do not need breakfast and bedding are free of charge.

▢ Only guests are allowed to enter the room. If discovered, an additional fee will be charged.

▢ Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a link to the checkout page, please make your payment in advance from there.

Regarding meals:

▢ Breakfast will be served at check-in with homemade bread, cheese, yogurt, and mandarin orange juice. You can enjoy it in your room or on the beach at your leisure.

▢ All-weather BBQ is available at the outdoor seating area on the first floor; BBQ sets available for sale (reservation required).

▢ Dinner is available on request in advance.

▢ Food and beverages may be brought in, but we ask for your cooperation in separating trash.

▢ Microwaves, toasters, etc. are available, but there is no cooking table or fire pit.

Regarding facilities:

▢ The first floor is a coffee shop and the second floor is an area for overnight guests only.

▢ The maximum number of guests can be accommodated is 6, but for adults only, 4 is optimal.

▢ There is an entrance for the exclusive use of guests, so you can come and go as you please.

▢ Please refrain from bringing food and drinks into the coffee shop.

▢ The outdoor covered area in front of the coffee shop is free to use.

▢ Bathrooms are shower only, no bathtub.

▢ For environmental protection, shampoo, soap, etc. are naturally derived.

▢ No disposable toothbrushes, razors, etc.

▢ Face and bath towels are provided, but will not be changed for consecutive nights.

▢ We do not clean rooms or change sheets for consecutive nights.

▢ Smoking is prohibited in the guesthouse. Please use the outdoor smoking area.

▢ There is a private parking lot in front of the guesthouse entrance.

*Please let us know in advance if you are coming with more than 2 cars.

Nearby Facilities/Precautions:

▢ There is a store in front of the facility (~19:00, closed on Sundays)

▢ Nearest laundromat 10 minutes drive. 

▢ There is an adjacent residence. Please be considerate to residents at night.

▢ Outdoor dining and conversation is allowed until 21:00. After that time, please enjoy indoors or on the beach with the sound of the waves.

Cancellation Policy:

Since our facility is limited to one group per day, we have a strict cancellation policy.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

▢ 14 to 6days prior to arrival: 50% of the room charge, 5 days prior to arrival: 100% of the room charge.

▢ Cancellation example: 8/15 lodging reservation, 8/1-8/9 cancellation→50%; 8/10-8/15 cancellation→100%

▢ If a warning is issued in Mie Prefecture due to a typhoon, etc., no cancellation fee will be charged.

▢ Fees incurred due to inclement weather or cancellations will be processed as a refund to the credit card used for advance payment.

▢ An administrative fee (1000 yen) will be charged for any cancellations. Please understand this in advance.
